Natalie Huh is a Silicon Valley lawyer with a distinctive multidisciplinary background spanning law, technology, and finance, with a particular focus on U.S.–Korea cross-border transactions and disputes. Born and raised in Korea, Natalie studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) before beginning her career in global finance. She worked in investment and financial markets at JPMorgan, ANZ, and PIMCO in Seoul, Hong Kong, and the United States. She earned her M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Natalie subsequently pursued a legal career in the United States and has represented major Korean and international companies in high-stakes U.S. litigation involving patents, trade secrets, copyright and trademark disputes. At a leading U.S. litigation firm, she represented Korean companies in major federal court and U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings involving semiconductors, displays, automotive technologies, and software. She externed for the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Natalie is also a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Since 2024, Natalie has served as a legal advisor to the Korea AI & System IC Innovation Center (KASIC), advising Silicon Valley AI and semiconductor companies on IP and trade issues. Beyond her legal practice, she is also an active investor and entrepreneur, with experience founding and advising investment, technology, and legal technology ventures and the non-legal practice is under Navi Partners LLC. She has published several books on U.S. markets, Silicon Valley, AI, and investing. 

Natalie is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
